This ( GM dealer) is a halfway point between our previous home in Hot Springs Arkansas and our new home in Raton New Mexico. This is the 2nd time in a year we found ourselves at this dealer ship with repair issues during our travels. The service department is very much above and beyond any GM dealer ship I have visited in the past 3 years

As always the staff are polite and friendly all threw the process, along with keeping you informed on everything that is happening.

Always excellent

My husband keeps our car looking spotless. He had just detailed our car before we dropped it off. We have NEVER taken our car down gravel roads. But when we picked up our vehicle it was covered in gravel dust. We asked them to clean the car up and they just sprayed some water on the car and called it good. We had to take our car home and my husband spent 3 and 1/2 hours trying to clean our vehicle back up. There was gravel dust everywhere all of the door jams were caked in dust so bad we couldn’t get it completely off. We were planned on using the fact that it had NEVER seen a gravel road as a resale or trade in factor but your service department ruined that for us. Plus the problem was not even fixed we were told we basically had to live with the problem and if it happened again we could bring it back.
